5 Ways to Keep You Slim



      So, once I visited my old friend.We talked a lot, and suddenly he said, "You know, long time no see, and you are still in a great shape!" Haha I laughed at him, saying "Of course, heyy, come on, I am just 23!" But then he told me about his college friend,was his fantasy girl,he said (awwww).Didn't meet her for only two years and now,she looks exactly like a potato!a  po-ta-to!!

      For how long u wanna keep your good shape,then? He winked at me.Since that day,I started thinking about his words.And now I wanna share with you,,all the girls out there,how to just keep your body slim,and it works on me.

1. Eat Healthy Food
    Eat lots of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains to stay healthy and fit. Also include lean sources of protein such as poultry, fish, tofu and beans into your diet.One should eat a balanced meal and not overeat.Junk foods like pizza, burgers, and those that are highly processed and contain artificial sweeteners should be strictly avoided.Not much sugar,oil and salt.Remember that all the food,they just wanna be energy!Better to make calories calculation,so how many you get,then you need to burn at least the same amount.Don't make them to be belly fat.No smoking!
2. Exercise
     Exercise is important for being fit and healthy. One should walk for few minutes everyday to stay fit.It also improves circulation and body awareness and can help combat depression.Cardiovascular exercise helps to strengthen the heart and lungs, strength training helps to strengthen the muscles and stretching helps to reduce the risk of injury by increasing flexibility.
3. Get Enough Sleep
    Getting enough sleep is necessary to stay fit and healthy, many of us do not get enough.Lack of sleep affects our physical and mental health tremendously. It also affects metabolism, mood, concentration, memory, motor skills, stress hormones and even the immune system and cardiovascular health.Sleep allows the body to heal, repair and rejuvenate.
4. Drink Plenty of Water
    Drink plenty of water as it helps in keeping our bodies hydrated and to maintain a healthy body. It is the natural cleanser for our organs and digestive system. Water also helps in flushing toxins out through the skin and urine.So plain water is the best drink,avoiding soft drinks,and remember,no alcohol!
5. Be Happy!!!
    Yup, there are so many beautiful reasons to be happy,yayy!Don't be stress as it harms the body and can cause a myriad of problems, from heart trouble to digestive problems. Exercise, meditation, doing what you love, appropriate boundaries, spirituality, being in nature and enjoyable hobbies helps to alleviate the harmful effects of stress on the body.Laughing is the best calorie burner, and  is the easiest way to keep you healthy.
                     
So ladies,start  from now, love your body, love yourself, haha don't be selfish,,just spread your love to the world. Because happy girls are the prettiest:)
